Heavy Duty Ballast Cages

                            Wilmac have designed a heavy duty ballast cage to suit standard pit sizes. The 'Lock On' bottom
                            frame prevents the cage slipping off the pit during maintenance operations. The oversize opening
                           allows for the removal of the pit grate without removing the cage.  The robust design allows for
                           much greater stability if accidental impact from track maintenance machinery occurs than
                           previously designed 'Lobster Pots'.  Drop down lifting handles are fitted to the cover for ease of
                           removal for maintenance. The lids can be  powder coated safety yellow if required.           

                           The RH3030 Maximesh external cladding allows for good drainage capabilities while preventing the
                           ingress of any track ballast.
