            Wilmac heel proof gratings are designed for use in high pedestrian access areas. We can supply these
            units to meet all loading specifications.  These units are particularly popular in aged care centres and
            shopping malls.
            The mesh top restricts the ingress of solid waste ( leaves etc.) while still being hydraulically efficient.
            They are fabricated with support load bars under expanded non-slip mesh. The mesh is an integral
            part of the grating and unlike some manufacturers, ours  are not  just standard gratings with mesh
            tacked on top with dangerous sharp edges that stand proud of the frame.  Child proof locking is
            supplied at no extra cost so be sure to let us know your preference when  placing your order.
           
            These units are custom made and are not usually a stock item, so sufficient lead time is necessary for
            us to produce them for for your project. The most popular sizes are standard grate and frame sizes,
            the dimensions of which are shown below.
